9. Break Your Addictions
Now is a great time to quit smoking, and reduce your consumption of alcohol.
Doing so will give your immune system a major boost.
This is also a great time to reduce your sugar intake, and give up any other unhealthy habits you may have.
Obviously this is easier said than done.
However, it is a lot easier to break addictions when:
- your daily routine is disrupted
- you have limited/no access to the addictive substance
Turn the inconvenience of lockdowns, shortages, etc. into an opportunity to break your unhealthy addictions.
