1. Vitamin C
We all know that this is the most commonly recommended vitamin for fighting colds and preventing the flu.
Unfortunately, the human body does not have the ability to produce it’s own vitamin C.
This means you’ll want to consume a vitamin C supplement on a daily basis.
It doesn’t make a difference if it’s a pill you swallow, a chewable tablet, or the powder kind that dissolves in water. Just make sure you’re getting plenty.
During times of heightened risk (like during a pandemic crisis) you’ll want to take a daily supplement rather than trying to get enough through food alone.
