You can purchase probiotic supplements from the store, but it’s easier and cheaper to get them from probiotic rich foods such as:

  • Tempeh
  • Sauerkraut

These are excellent probiotic-rich foods to include in your diet.

Just make sure they have live cultures in them when buying them from the store. They will be in the refrigerated section.
