8. Personal Hygiene
During a pandemic it’s more important than ever to practice some basic hygiene such as:
- washing your hands regularly
- avoid touching your face
- showering frequently
These are all simple but crucial habits that will keep you from introducing pathogens that can tax your immune system.
Also, if you go out into the public then don’t sit on the couch or bed when you get home.
Who knows what kind of pathogens could be on your clothes!
You certainly don’t want them transferred on to the items in your house.
Put your clothes in the hamper or washing machine immediately, and put on clean clothes after taking a shower.
